These are the rules of conducted in-game as drafted by [S2]Nome.
Problematic HoN players who break any of these rules can be reported via the HoN Report-A-Player Feature.

No Advertising
Description: Spamming or advertising a service in a game.
Advertising is defined exactly as it sounds; advertising for an external service in-game. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Description: Deliberate and malicious exploitation of bugs to gain an advantage over the enemy team or grief allies.
There are many possible bugs that a player may exploit. Most of them are game-related, but some can be game code or server related. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
No Stat Manipulation
Description: Manipulation of stats, rating, or game outcome via multi-accounting or plants. Poor playing, unintentional feeding, and other similar incidents are NOT reportable under this or any other rule.
This category is solely for punishing players who plant friends on the other team. For any cases that you might encounter but cannot report due to your own lack of participation within the game, send an email to hongm (at) s2games.com with the relevant Match IDs and descriptions.
No Griefing
Description: Purposeful irritation or harassment of other players whether verbally or through the game contrary to game objectives.
Griefing includes both verbal and gameplay abuses. Objectionable behavior takes many forms, and all are punishable. To avoid being punished for griefing, you should always be on your best behavior and play the game as it was intended. Avoid being part of the problem! Description: Racially offensive, sexually explicit, or profane nicknames may be reported and recommended for a nickname change.

No S2 Games Impersonation
Description: Impersonation of S2Games employees or volunteer personnel to intimidate or otherwise gain an advantage over other players.
If someone claims to be S2, a forum moderator, a GM, or someone else with power, they should be reported.
Abide by the rules and report those who don't.
This is one way of improving the HoN community.
